Returns

If you wish to return an item to Fifth Avenue Collection for a refund, the product must be returned in original condition, in packaging, and with receipt within 10 business days after receiving the item.  You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will not include any shipping charges paid by Fifth Avenue Collection. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Please note that items purchased directly from one of our Jewellery Stylists may NOT be returned to our distribution centre for a refund, only for warranty purposes.

Please use the following instructions for returns:

•  If possible, use the original packaging to pack the item securely.
•  Enclose the original or a copy of the receipt.
•  All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
•  For your protection, we recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking services and/or insurance. Keep the tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that it is returned to our distribution centre.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your order at any time before we have shipped it to you. After shipment, returns and refunds are governed by our guarantee.
